Natalija Marija Havralenko was born into a bilingual family in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in 1989. Since an early age, she was interested in music and languages. Growing up bilingual, to a Austrian mother and Ukrainian father, in the midst of a civil war, family and music were her safe shelter and escape.

Natalija started performing in school plays at the age of 7. And her mindset didn’t change since then. Singing was her passion and it came naturally to her. At the same time she attended piano lessons. At the age of 16, Natalija attended her first TV singing competition. With the success of her appearances, she started her first band and toured Republika Srpska (BIH), performing over 100 shows in the first year.

After graduating from high school, Natalija moved to Belgrade, Serbia to study singing at the “Beogradski Glas” singing school, founded by Serbian artist and powerhouse vocalist Aleksandra Kovač. Natalija was lucky to receive an invitation to join Aleksandra’s record company “RA Production” and record an album called “Beogradski Glas 10”. The single “Jača nego pre” sung by Natalija and a fellow artist Kristina, was released in 2010. The single debuted at number 4 on the Serbian Pop charts and stayed in the top 10 for over four months.

In May 2010, Natalija was asked to sing as a special guest at the Belgrade concert of Marija Šerifović, the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest winner. The concert was held at the Belgrade Arena, Natalija sung one of Marija’s songs called “Bol do ludila” in front of 15 thousand people.

After the success in Belgrade, she decided to try her luck in her mothers country of origin, Austria. She already lived in Carinthia (Austria) as a child, but decided to move to the capital Vienna this time.

In 2013 she started studying jazz singing at the Prayner Konservatorium of Music in Vienna.

In 2014 Natalija was honoured to accept the “Ambassador of immigration - achievements in the arts” award by a government agency called the Austrian Integration Fund. This fund was founded by Sebastian Kurz who later became the Prime Minister of Austria.

2015 started with an exiting project. Natalija was asked to be a mentor in a music competition called the Austrovision Song Contest, Austria’s Version of the Eurovision Song Contest, which was also held in Vienna that year. This gave Natalija the opportunity to work closely with the fellow mentors, all successful Austrian artist. But most importantly, she had the opportunity to work with musicians and upcoming singers and share her experience and knowledge.
